This fiber piece reflects the balance between art and nature. Inspired by the fluidity of hand-painted broad-brush strokes on fabric, I added the ephemeral motion of windswept leaves to capture the delicate balance between control and spontaneity. The upcycled woven threads create an additional layer as if the  3- dimensional leaves are suspended in the breeze.
