Tidal Cycles explores the rhythms of coastal ecosystems and the quiet dialogue between land and sea. Using fabric dyed with natural pigments, the work embodies the cycles of ebb and flow that shape the marsh landscape. The hand-embellishment evokes the shifting textures of grasses, water, and sediment, capturing the transitory beauty of a place in constant motion. Tidal Cycles invites viewers to consider how we are shaped by the same natural forces that sculpt the shorelines, reminding us of our interdependence with the living world.
